Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

  • Non-Refundable rate: Pay upfront, no cancellations or modifications allowed.
  • Flexible rate- Direct Bookings: Cancel for free with 48-hour notice. Payment collected 24-72 hours prior to arrival. Full charge for cancellations/modifications within 48 hours.
  • Group Bookings (5+ rooms): Pay 5% deposit upfront. Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival.14-day cancellation policy with deposit forfeiture if cancelled, and full cost forfeiture if cancelled inside 14 days.
  • Group Bookings (10+ rooms): Pay 5% deposit upfront. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. 30-day cancellation policy with 5% deposit forfeiture if cancelled outside 30 days, and full cost forfeiture if cancelled within 30 days.


Terms and Conditions:

  • Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out will cost $20 per hour unless arranged with management. Late check-out after 4 PM incurs a full night fee.
  • We may hold $200 on your credit card for any incidentals during your stay. If you don't incur any charges, we'll release the hold at check-out (may take up to 7 business days for your bank to process).
  • One set of keys will be given at check-in. Additional keys can be requested, and if lost or not returned at check-out, $200 per set will be charged.
  • No pets or smoking in the room. Doing so will incur a cleaning fee of at least $200 depending on the room condition.
  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their friends, or anyone they are responsible for.
  • Guests acknowledge joint and several liability for all services until full payment.
  • Credit card payments are subject to surcharges: Mastercard/Visa - 1.5%, Amex/Diners - 2.2%.
