Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

  • Non-Refundable rate: Pay upfront, no cancellations or modifications allowed.
  • Flexible rate- Direct Bookings: Cancel for free with 48-hour notice. Payment collected 24-72 hours prior to arrival. Full charge for cancellations/modifications within 48 hours.
  • Group Bookings (5+ rooms): Pay 5% deposit upfront. Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival.14-day cancellation policy with deposit forfeiture if cancelled, and full cost forfeiture if cancelled inside 14 days.
  • Group Bookings (10+ rooms): Pay 5% deposit upfront. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. 30-day cancellation policy with 5% deposit forfeiture if cancelled outside 30 days, and full cost forfeiture if cancelled within 30 days.


Terms and Conditions:

  • 4 days prior to arrival, an pre-registration online check-in link will be emailed to you. You are welcome to check-in online by providing your ID and credit card information. If you have not completed the online check-in, you will receive another online check-in link via text to your mobile number on arrival date. Please complete the online check-in if you arrive outside business hours. After hour arrival key instruction will be texted and emailed to you on arrival date when your room is ready only if you completed online check-in. 
  • Payment is scheduled to be processed 3 days prior to arrival if you have not yet paid at the time of the booking, please ensure that you have sufficient funds. If you would like to pay by different card rather than the card used upon making the booking please complete online check-in using the card that you would like to use and advise in the note section. By default we will process the charge on the card that used on the booking confirmation. 
  • Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out will cost $20 per hour unless arranged with management. Late check-out after 4 PM incurs a full night fee.
  • We'll hold $200 on your credit card for any incidentals during your stay. If you don't incur any charges, we'll release the hold at check-out (may take up to 7 business days for your bank to process). 
  • One set of keys will be given at check-in. Additional keys can be requested. If lost or not returned any keys at check-out, $200 per set will be charged until returned. 
  • No pets or smoking in the room. Doing so will incur a cleaning fee of at least $200 depending on the room condition.
  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their friends, or anyone they are responsible for.
  • Guests acknowledge joint and several liability for all services until full payment.
  • Credit card payments are subject to surcharges: Mastercard/Visa/Amex - 1.5%
